Sexual intercourse is an excellent aerobic activity that improves cardiovascular health and releases endogenous endorphins (brain feel-good hormones). Sexual hormones may also influence
and lead to lower rates of depression, anxiety, suicide, and infections and may boost immunity, which can increase longevity.
